Returns Policy for Kratom Lyte

At Kratom Lyte, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of your purchase.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Opened products
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or clearance items

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond with instructions for completing your return.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the specified timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank as there may be processing delays.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
